Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role: ***Key Responsibilities*** * Manage literature lifecycle: updates, version control, and compliance. * Maintain metadata and taxonomy for content assets. * Coordinate workflows between creative, compliance, and production teams (traffic). * Support reporting for literature distribution. * Oversee print production workflows (Litho \& Print on Demand). * Manage vendors, specifications, and quality control for printed materials. * Coordinate logistics, shipping, and distribution across locations. * Identify and improve workflow efficiencies **Must\-have Skills** * Experience with **T.M. Storefront (Toppan Merrill)** or similar. * Strong knowledge of print production (paper types, color profiles, finishing). * Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups. * Demonstrates in\-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments. * Experience in content governance, taxonomy, or literature management. * Workflow/traffic coordination experience. ***Nice\-to\-have:*** **AI Tooling Proficiency**: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day\-to\-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
