**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of U.S. commercial solar development and EPC. In this role, you will lead solar energy projects from early\-stage development through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct technical feasibility studies, site assessments, and preliminary solar system designs * Review and oversee engineering designs, including layouts, single\-line diagrams (SLDs), and equipment selection * Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination * Oversee construction execution, quality control, and commissioning activities * Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field) * Proven experience in U.S. commercial solar (C\&I) development and EPC * Strong knowledge of NEC, utility interconnection, and permitting processes * Experience managing multiple solar projects simultaneously * Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills * Advanced English proficiency required **Requirements** * Availability to work on\-site at our offices in Cuernavaca **Why Join Us?** * Opportunity to grow within a dynamic BPO team * Supportive and collaborative work environment **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Additional productivity bonuses * 12 vacation days * 15\-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * 25% vacation bonus (prima vacacional) * IMSS / AFORE / INFONAVIT benefits * Training and onboarding support * A positive and collaborative work environment * Access to the Zen Zone, a space to relax and recharge ***Please note that this is an on\-site role and requires strong English communication skills.
