People like you! **Set\-up Technician** ====================== Job Req ID: 135405 Location: Lagos de Moreno, MX, CP47410 **Position Objective** * Install molds, ensure proper equipment start-up, complete required documentation, and guarantee product quality through the injection process following established guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Perform mold change activities as assigned by the supervisor, maintaining changeover time within the established target. 2\. Perform mold set-up on injection machines. 3\. Perform set-up of robots, EOATs, and peripheral equipment. 4\. Operate injection machines and peripheral equipment. 5\. Conduct minor maintenance on molds and machines. **Required Qualifications** * Professional education: University degree • Education: General high school diploma, Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Plastic Injection Technician, or related field. • Experience in: Overhead crane usage (mold changes), Robot programming, Basic knowledge of injection machines, peripherals, and molds, Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, Product information (standards and specifications) • Technical knowledge: IATF16949 standard, ISO 14001\-2015 / ISO 45001, Statistical tools (7 quality tools), Problem-solving tools (8 D's), Product integrity, Risk analysis, Customer-specific requirements, Injection process parameter adjustment and optimization, Autonomous maintenance of injection equipment, molds, and peripherals, Linear robot programming, Statistical tools, problem-solving tools, and proficiency in operations and mathematical rules. **Important Notes for Internal Posting Application** Deadline to submit internal posting application: 5 business days after publication.
