Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation of production machinery by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and extruders. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance International Plastic Manufacturing Company (COEXPAN) is seeking: **Industrial Maintenance Technician** Requirements: * Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or Machine Tools, with at least 2 years of experience. * Availability for shift rotation: morning, afternoon, and night shifts (7am \- 3pm), (3pm \- 11pm), (11pm \- 7am), with 2 rotating days off per week. * Free **transportation service** * Strong experience and knowledge in maintaining **industrial machines, extruders, preventive and corrective maintenance**, as well as expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, mechanics, electronics, and basic automation concepts. Ability to interpret electrical, electronic, and hydraulic diagrams; proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments such as ammeters and voltmeters, among others. Knowledge of machine safety topics (LOTO). * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Machinery Maintenance Technician on the production floor is mandatory. Main Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance on general industrial machinery and extruders (pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, mechanical) * Maintain machines in optimal condition to ensure reliable production performance. * Maintain high equipment utilization rates without compromising quality requirements. * Ensure daily repairs to machinery according to production needs and priorities. * Execution of corrective and preventive maintenance activities. * Daily collection of data on corrective/preventive activities. * Communication with colleagues (timely handovers, sharing of experiences and knowledge). * For critical decision-making, must seek support from immediate supervisor. * Compliance with departmental regulations. * Maintain a high percentage of equipment meeting quality requirements. Follow escalation process during line issues/failures. * Participation in 5S safety meetings and safe maintenance practices. * Participation in Proactive Safety, Kaizen Board, and 5S audits. * Attendance at safety meetings at the start of each shift. LOTO procedures, follow-up, and certifications. * Notification of missing spare parts in warehouse. Support other departments.
