No matter your role, you’ll be part of a global community that values your ideas and empowers you to make an impact on your career and the world around you. **The Opportunity** **Your Impact**Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate diagnosis of repairs, enabling correct ordering of required spare parts—and avoiding incorrect parts that may become obsolete or have low turnover in warehouses. Track daily requirements to ensure timely and proper delivery of spare parts to workshop personnel. Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels of spare parts for the primary fleet, meeting the immediate operational needs. * Maintain inventory control and handling in accordance with company guidelines. * Promptly track all maintenance-area requirements to achieve an appropriate service level as a warehouse and ensure fleet availability. * Maintain reliable records of all activities arising from warehouse management to ensure compliance with established area and company policies. * Ensure order and cleanliness in fleet warehouses (application of 5S). * Process supplier payments for spare parts and maintain healthy, respectful commercial relationships with suppliers—ensuring adherence to company policies. * Perform necessary activities to comply with environmental and safety policies and avoid deviations from standard processes. * Carry out activities described in applicable procedures or work instructions. * Ensure compliance with legal and other applicable requirements. * Lead improvement projects for the area or corresponding warehouse processes. * Track incoming items, outgoing items, transfers, inter-warehouse movements, obsolete items, and any other warehouse-related tracking activities. * Work toward departmental objectives.
