Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and analytical professional with strong attention to detail to manage and audit physical and system-based inventories, ensuring proper merchandise management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and validation of physical and cycle inventories
2. Analysis of discrepancies and generation of inventory reports
3. Supervision of merchandise arrangement and rotation
We seek an organized, analytical individual with strong attention to detail to ensure accurate control of physical and system-based inventories in stores and distribution centers (CEDIS).
**Required Experience:**
Experience in physical and cycle inventory control and auditing.
Experience in warehouse, distribution center (CEDIS), or retail store environments.
Experience reconciling physical inventory against system records.
Desirable experience as an inventory auditor, operational auditor, or in internal control.
Desirable experience coordinating operational staff or counting teams.
**Education:**
Completed high school diploma; technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
**Knowledge:**
Physical, general, and cycle inventories.
Merchandise receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments.
FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
Reconciliation of physical inventory vs. system inventory.
Control of shrinkage, damages, and expired products.
Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency.
ERP or inventory system experience is desirable.
**Main Activities:**
Coordinate physical and cycle inventories.
Validate receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments.
Track discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
Generate inventory, variance, and adjustment reports.
Supervise merchandise arrangement, location, and rotation.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Coordinate operational staff during counts and inventories.
Implement corrective and preventive actions.

**What We Offer:**
Monthly gross salary of $16,000 to $20,000
