We Are Hiring: CEDIS Supervisor! Do you have experience leading logistics operations and are seeking stability, excellent benefits, and career growth? This opportunity is for you! Requirements: * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum **1 verifiable year** as a Supervisor in a CEDIS, with operational expertise in areas such as: *Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Management, Order Picking, etc.* * **Availability:** To rotate among the following monthly shifts (shifts up to 12 hours, based on operational needs): * **Morning shift:** 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM * **Afternoon shift:** 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * **Night shift:** 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM * **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with 1 weekday rest day. We Offer: * **Salary:** **$13,000 gross per month.** * **Payment method:** Biweekly payroll payments via Santander payroll system. * **Food vouchers:** **10% additional monthly.** * **Hiring/Retention Bonus:** **$4,500 total** (divided into three installments of $1,500 each, paid at 30, 60, and 90 days after contract signing).\* * **Free transportation** to the CEDIS. * **Complimentary uniform:** Boots, t-shirts, and belts provided starting Week 1 (free of charge beginning in the 6th month). ⚠ Note regarding the bonus: Payment is subject to attendance and incident records (one absence forfeits the entire bonus for that period).
