We seek an analytical, structured, and results-oriented individual capable of identifying improvement opportunities, documenting processes, implementing standards, and collaborating across various operational departments. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze, document, and improve manufacturing processes. * Implement and monitor improvements in industrial processes. * Participate in continuous improvement projects. * Support standardization of processes and procedures. * Monitor operational and efficiency indicators. * Collaborate with production, quality, and operations departments. * Ensure compliance with quality and process improvement guidelines. * Propose actions to optimize time, resources, and productivity. ### **Requirements** * Education: Completed engineering degree. * Preferred field of study: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline. * Specialization or experience focused on manufacturing processes. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of ISO 9001\. * Knowledge of Six Sigma. * Yellow Belt certification is desirable. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Availability for occasional travel. ### **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of **$25,000**. * Monthly food vouchers of **$2,200**. * Savings fund contribution of **10%, subject to legal limits**. * Statutory benefits. * Development opportunity in a manufacturing company. * Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Managerial level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a04fced440000370035f5b5\&source\=indeed*
