Position Objective: **Lead and coordinate activities across pharmaceutical manufacturing, raw material warehouses, maintenance, planning, and distribution center to ensure all production processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPM), quality standards, regulatory requirements (COFEPRIS), and operational efficiency goals—ensuring the availability of safe and effective products delivered to the end customer.** Ø Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biomedicine, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Ø Work Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. Ø Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic companies as Operations, Manufacturing, or related managerial roles; at least 3 years in a managerial position. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, organize, and supervise manufacturing operations according to established schedules. Ensure compliance with GMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and national/international regulatory requirements. Guarantee traceability, documentation, and batch release in accordance with quality standards. Coordinate and collaborate with Quality Assurance, Validation, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to achieve integrated objectives. Implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma without compromising quality or safety. Establish performance indicators (KPIs) for efficiency, productivity, production plan adherence, waste, and yield. Manage human, material, and technological resources within the manufacturing area. Actively participate in internal and external audits (COFEPRIS, ISO, etc.). Develop technical staff by ensuring continuous training on processes and regulations. Creation and management of strategic organizational KPIs. Strategic planning of assigned operations. Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems, conducting periodic audits and discrepancy management. Ensure proper organization and placement of materials to optimize space and streamline operations in Distribution Centers and Raw Material Warehouses. Develop the master production and material distribution plan to optimize production line operations and guarantee, based on maximum efficiency, delivery of finished products to the warehouse. Manage the Maintenance team to maximize its efficiency within the production plant. **Technical Knowledge:** Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPM) and current sanitary regulations. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO\*, etc.). ERP system proficiency. Continuous improvement tools (5S, Lean, Six Sigma, JIT, Poka Yoke, SMED, Kanban).
