Position Summary: We are seeking an Estimates Supervisor for a federal infrastructure project, responsible for physical-financial control and review of construction estimates. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in federal public works and financial control 2. Verification and reconciliation of construction estimates 3. Monitoring of the project's physical-financial progress We are currently looking for an Estimates Supervisor to join an important federal infrastructure and public works project. Required Profile: Civil Engineer, Architect, or technical-administrative professional with experience in financial and administrative construction control. Experience in: * Federal public works * Unit prices and matrices * Generator numbers * Catalog of items * Construction estimates * Adjustments, deductions, and extraordinary items * Additional quantities * Amortization of advances and retentions * Physical-financial construction control Main Responsibilities: * Review contractor estimates prior to their authorization by the site office. * Verify that billed quantities correspond to work actually executed, measured, and documented. * Reconcile generator numbers, physical progress, deductions, retentions, advance amortization, and contractual penalties. * Maintain control of executed, pending, and missing quantities according to the project and construction schedule. * Monitor the project's physical-financial progress. * Verify documentary and technical compliance with applicable regulations for public works. * Maintain control and traceability of information related to estimates and financial construction control. Desirable Knowledge: * LOPSRM and its Regulation * Construction logbook * Quantity and estimate control * Advanced Excel * Proficiency in Opus, Neodata, or equivalent software * Administrative and financial project control We seek an analytical, organized profile with strong technical and documentary reconciliation capabilities.
