Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to support ingredient preparation, maintain cleanliness and order, manage inventory, and assist with basic cooking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in ingredient preparation and basic cooking 2. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area 3. Inventory management and stock control * WhatsApp: 56\-45\-47\-31\-61\. Weekly payment, daily tips. * **Ingredient preparation:** Washing, peeling, cutting, and dicing vegetables, fruits, meats, and other items according to the kitchen supervisor’s instructions. * **Cleaning and organization:** Keeping the work area, utensils, equipment, and surfaces immaculate to comply with food safety standards. * **Kitchen assistance:** Preparing simple sauces, salads, or plating dishes. * **Inventory management:** Organizing the storage area, receiving deliveries, and monitoring ingredient stock levels. * **Basic cooking:** Assisting with simple cooking methods. **Requirements and Skills:** For this position, agility, good physical condition, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, and, most importantly, knowledge of food handling are valued.
