Job Summary: Protect DAGO's facilities, assets, personnel, and operations through access control, unit supervision, and compliance with C-TPAT security protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Requires high attention to detail and discipline. **Job Objective** Protect the integrity of DAGO's facilities, assets, personnel, and operations through strict access controls, unit supervision, and compliance with security protocols aligned with C\-TPAT standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Access Control (People and Vehicles)** * Record entries and exits (suppliers, customers, operators). * Validate identity (INE, badge, authorized list). * Manage visitors with logbook and prior authorization. * Inspect vehicles (entry/exit) using checklists. * **Vehicle Inspection (C\-TPAT Focus)** * Physical inspection of trailers and containers (structure, seals, doors). * Verify security seals (placement, integrity, registration). * Detect anomalies: hidden compartments, damage, tampering. * Photographic documentation of evidence when applicable. * **Monitoring and Surveillance** * Supervise yards, warehouses, and perimeters. * Operate CCTV cameras and report incidents. * Conduct scheduled periodic patrols. * **Basic Document Control** * Validate loading/unloading orders. * Confirm license plates, units, and operators. * Record movements in physical or digital logbooks. * **Incident Management** * Immediately report irregular situations. * Apply emergency protocols. * Coordinate with internal responsible parties. **Required Profile** * Minimum education: High School Diploma. * Minimum experience: 2 years in industrial security, logistics, or yard operations. * Demonstrable experience in: * Access control * Cargo vehicle inspection * C\-TPAT or similar protocols (preferred) * Basic knowledge of: * Security camera operation * Logbook and report completion * Preferred: Experience in transportation, maquiladora, or recycling companies. **Key Competencies (What You Really Need)** * High level of **attention to detail** (notices what others miss). * **Discipline and adherence to protocols** (no improvisation). * **Firm character** (knows when to say NO to non-compliant situations). * **Total reliability** (handles critical access points). * **Constant alertness** (does not relax during shift). **Success Indicators (KPIs)** * Zero unauthorized accesses. * 100% compliance with entry/exit records. * Correctly performed inspections (no omissions). * Timely detection of anomalies. * Complete and error-free logbooks.
