Discretion, professional ethics, and teamwork ***Valiant Hotels is seeking*** **HOUSEKEEPER** Job Objective Ensure the cleanliness, order, and impeccable presentation of assigned guest rooms and areas, adhering to the hotel’s quality, luxury, and personalized service standards, thereby guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience. Duties and Responsibilities Cleaning and Presentation * Thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, terraces, and assigned areas. * Changing and replenishing linens (bed sheets, towels, robes). * Restocking amenities. * Verifying proper operation of equipment and immediately reporting malfunctions. Control and Reporting * Reporting forgotten items according to protocol. * Notifying discrepancies in room status. * Proper management of cleaning supplies and equipment inventories. Guest Service * Maintaining a discreet, courteous, and professional demeanor. * Responding to basic guest requests or appropriately escalating them. * Strictly respecting confidentiality and privacy. Candidate Profile Education * Completed secondary school (high school preferred). * Courses in hospitality or housekeeping (preferred). Experience * Minimum 1 year in 4- or 5-star hotels. * Prior experience with luxury hotel chains (preferred). Technical Knowledge * Professional cleaning techniques. * Handling of chemical cleaning products. * Hygiene and safety protocols.
