Because what we create may change, but what we will always do is make a difference. **Requirements:** Industrial Engineering, Quality, or Industrial Processes student Intermediate English Leadership and communication skills Gender-neutral 6th semester or beyond **Objective:** The Maintenance pillar of Ball’s Operational Excellence will establish a standardized maintenance approach across all manufacturing facilities, creating universal procedures, routines, checklists, and processes to align plant maintenance activities. By implementing structured maintenance within Ball’s Operational Excellence framework, facilities will improve safety, optimize quality, minimize downtime, increase equipment reliability, accelerate response times to potential failures, and generate cost savings.
