End-to-end coordination of the hiring process **Private Security Company seeks:** **Field Recruiter** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in **field recruitment**. * Proven experience in the **private security** industry. * Familiarity with recruitment platforms (OCC, Facebook, Indeed, etc.). * Proficiency in field-based attraction techniques: job posting, flyer distribution, attendance at job fairs. * In-person interviews and initial screening. * Completed high school education. **Main Responsibilities:** * Field work: proactive talent search in strategic areas. * Posting job vacancies on physical and digital media. * Conducting initial interviews and screenings. * Coordinating hiring processes. * Preparing onboarding files. * Issuing ID badges and uniforms. * Candidate follow-up and support during onboarding. * Ensuring assigned candidates reside near the worksite. * Meeting vacancy coverage targets. **Position Type:** * Full-time. * On-site. **Employment Offer:** * Monthly **net salary**: $10,000.00 MXN * **Commission:** $250 per hired individual Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Field recruitment: 1 year (Mandatory) * Private security: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
