




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with strong negotiation skills to manage procurement, suppliers, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an organized, proactive professional with excellent negotiation skills who ensures material availability and optimizes our procurement processes. **Key Responsibilities** **Procurement Management** * Request quotations from suppliers. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Generate purchase orders to ensure material availability. * Conduct quality-to-price comparative analysis. **Supplier Management** * Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, service, and cost criteria. * Maintain up-to-date supplier records, contracts, and documentation. * Monitor compliance with commercial agreements. **Internal Coordination and Communication** * Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure proper material flow. * Report delays, unapproved or blocked orders, and propose solutions. * Submit upcoming payment reports and purchase order status updates. **System Management (SAP or other)** * Register and track purchase orders in SAP. * Monitor pending approvals, blocked orders, and rejected orders. * Maintain document traceability for internal audits. **Analysis and Optimization** * Update departmental performance indicators (costs, delivery times, compliance). * Propose improvements to optimize inventory and reduce acquisition costs. **Cross-Departmental Participation** * Participate in production and logistics planning meetings. * Support special projects assigned by Management or CEO Americas. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of procurement experience (preferably in the food industry). * Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of cost analysis, negotiation, and budgetary control. * Ability to work effectively in teams and toward defined objectives. * Intermediate English proficiency (Mandatory) **Location:** El Marqués, Qro. **Work Mode:** On-site **Employment Type:** Full-time NOTE: Salary range is disclosed during the interview.
