Job Description and Detailed Activities **Detailed Activities:** * Collaborate in defining the organizational strategy for human resources. * Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making. * **Ensure the company complies with applicable labor laws and current regulations.** * Maintain a positive work environment and resolve conflicts. * Measure and improve organizational climate. * Provide feedback and advisory support to employees and leaders. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Responsible for recruiting direct and indirect personnel. * **Conduct internal, external, legal, and HR compliance audits.** * Stay updated on legal and regulatory labor changes and lead implementation. * **Generate reports for the company President.** * **Update and renew the company's RIT (Taxpayer Identification Registry).** * Handle internal labor cases. Experience and Requirements * Minimum 7 years of experience in maquiladora operations. * Systems: CONTPAQi, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook). * Education: Completed university degree (degree awarded). * Other: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Payroll, RIT, Audits. * IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Proficiency in IDSE system: employee onboarding, termination, salary adjustments, and variable compensation management.
