As a Cedis Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper administration, profitability, and operation of the distribution center, guaranteeing compliance with administrative, financial, and internal control processes. **Main Requirements / Responsibilities:** * Ensure the administrative and financial operation of the distribution center. * Guarantee accurate daily route settlements, including Frog reconciliations, MP11, cash, route expenses, and credit balances. * Track the profitability of each route and the distribution center by monitoring expenses and operations. * Audit physical warehouses (90\), virtual warehouses, and routes to prevent inventory discrepancies. * Maintain accounts receivable control and safeguard documents due for collection, as well as up-to-date customer files. * Safeguard and deliver valuables to Panamericano. * Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies to maintain a proper Golden Process. * Coordinate centralized administrative processes, including access management, templates, and operational support. * Manage user onboarding and offboarding across internal platforms and portals. * Track and coordinate operational and administrative incidents with various support areas. * Participate in reviews and updates of internal policies and operational processes. * Support period-end closings, administrative validations, and resolution of specific incidents at the cedis. * Track and control route expenses and related reports on collections and accounts receivable. * Conduct administrative visits to cedis to review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and assess operational coverage when required. * Collaborate in implementing tools, applications, and new administrative processes. * Train and support administrators and operational teams on business processes and policies. **We Offer:** -------------- * Weekly base salary * 13% savings fund * 30-day bonus (aguinaldo) * 50% vacation premium * Life insurance * Minor medical expense coverage * Grocery vouchers At MARS Group, we take pride in offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
