Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a CEDIS (Distribution Center), responsible for managing and supervising staff, inventory management, and ensuring smooth operational flow. We are looking for your talent to join our great family as: **"WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR" for CEDIS** PROFILE * Work location: La Era, Teoloyucan (must reside within a 1-hour commute) * Schedule: Availability for rotating shifts * Education: Technical degree / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics (in progress \- intern) * Gender: Unrestricted * Skills: Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office Suite / Outlook EXPERIENCE: * Manage and supervise personnel under your responsibility to carry out all activities related to warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and distribution) * Meet goals and objectives to ensure and guarantee operational flow * Verify receipt and shipment controls of finished goods (FG) to various departments and warehouses, ensuring all movements are accurately recorded in the system (SAP) * Supervise proper shipment validation of products to customers, ensuring daily scheduled unit targets are met * Maintain inventory control and accuracy, tracking and following up on adjustment requests when necessary * Verify the loading plan schedule provided by the traffic department to ensure timely picking and delivery **SKILLS:** * Commitment * Customer focus * Teamwork * Integrity **WE OFFER:** Salary ranging from $14,000 to $15,000 MXN, based on experience Food vouchers Savings fund Major and minor medical expense insurance Subsidized cafeteria service Statutory benefits Permanent employment contract after 6 months Job stability Employee discount on company products Growth opportunities If you meet the profile, APPLY NOW!
