Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Software Developer (Agentic AI) **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work arrangement in CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and/or Querétaro** **Requirements** -------------- * Solid experience in Python development. * Knowledge and experience working with SQL. * Experience developing within the Google or google3 ecosystem. * Experience implementing Agentic AI-based systems. * Knowledge of AI-oriented architectures and intelligent automation. * Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and Agile environments. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI-based solutions. * Develop intelligent systems capable of executing autonomous tasks and decision-making workflows. * Implement logic and components using Python and SQL. * Collaborate on designing scalable architectures for AI applications. * Integrate AI models, services, and tools into existing platforms. * Participate in the development and maintenance of solutions within the Google ecosystem. * Work with multidisciplinary teams on technology innovation projects. * Optimize AI system performance, stability, and scalability. * Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues. * Document processes, developments, and technical decisions. * Work under Agile methodologies and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives. **We offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll employment scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage of 1 million MXN, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
