### **Activities** **Human Resources Information Systems Analyst** **Celaya, Guanajuato.** **Indefinite-term contract.** At Hutchinson Hose Plant, we design and manufacture customized materials and connected solutions to meet the needs of our global automotive industry customers. We are seeking a **Human Resources Information Systems Analyst** to manage and support the various digital systems and tools used in the Human Resources department, ensuring reliable data generation for organizational decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure data management, processing, updating, and cleansing within HR applications and information systems. * Provide training and support to various internal users and stakeholders for the correct use of HR digital applications and tools. * Administer development plan processes, salary adjustments based on development plans, Person-in-Person, One-to-One, and administrative staff performance improvement plans. * Implement improvements, automation, and digitalization of manual and paper-based HR department processes. * Administer and coordinate various corporate HR department campaigns. * Apply operational controls associated with the company’s management systems, such as ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949\. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Information Technologies **Technical Skills:** Power BI, Advanced Excel (macros), Advanced English (mandatory requirement), knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, familiarity with automotive certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, VDA). **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in a similar position. **Soft Skills:** Organization, teamwork, confidentiality, communication, responsibility. ### **Additional Information** **TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual development, and offers equal employment opportunities to all candidates.** We are 40,000 men and women who meet the challenges faced by our automotive, aviation, defense, and industrial customers every day.
