Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Years of Experience: **0 to 2 years of experience** in personnel selection processes and interviews. Knowledge: Operational staff recruitment. Handling and use of electronic job boards (OCC, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Familiarity with psychometric tests and competency-based interviews. Skills/Aptitudes: Proactivity, responsibility, analytical thinking, organization. **Intermediate English (verbal and written communication)**. **Job Description:** * Analyze job vacancies requested by each department in coordination with the requesting supervisors; disseminate the vacancy through specialized electronic channels to ensure visibility.
