Professional stability and growth Training and Organizational Development Coordinator Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Confidential industrial-sector company A growing company located in Santa Catarina seeks a professional to lead Training, Organizational Development, and internal culture strengthening initiatives. Main Responsibilities \* Identify training needs by department. \* Develop and coordinate annual training plans. \* Administration of DC-3 and STPS compliance. \* Coordination of onboarding and orientation programs. \* Development and implementation of performance evaluations. \* Monitoring of organizational climate and workplace culture. \* Support for internal communication programs and talent development. \* Training and OD metrics and reporting. Required Profile \* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. \* Minimum 3 years of experience in training and organizational development. \* Knowledge of STPS processes. \* Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies. \* Proficiency in metrics and training platforms. \* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
