




Job Summary: We are seeking a recruiter to manage the full selection cycle, from job posting to onboarding of new hires. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the full personnel selection cycle 2. Develops visual materials for candidate sourcing 3. Coordinates onboarding and BPM training for new hires Required Experience: 1–3 years as a recruiter. Responsibilities: Registration and tracking of open positions. Posting job openings on various media and employment portals. Developing visual and physical materials for candidate sourcing. Conducting initial screening of applicants. Scheduling in-person interviews as a selection filter, and where applicable, coordinating second interviews with the hiring manager. Recording and tracking interviewees and their status. Receiving candidate documentation and scheduling their start date and time. Ensuring new hires receive onboarding and BPM training.
