Job Summary: We are seeking a professional Automotive Painter for a specialized workshop focused on repairing accident-damaged vehicles, with an emphasis on flawless finishes and high quality. Ongoing technical training Position: Professional Automotive Painter Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000 – $24,000 net monthly \+ productivity and quality bonuses Benefits: IMSS, vacation days, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), job stability, training ⸻ Who Are We? We are an automotive repair workshop specializing in the restoration of accident-damaged vehicles, working with insurance companies and private clients. Our commitment is to deliver vehicles with flawless finishes and original colors. We seek an Automotive Painter with proven experience and a high level of technical expertise, focused on detail, process adherence, and final quality. ⸻ Job Responsibilities: Preparation: * Inspection of previously repaired parts (bodywork or new components) * Application of primer, filler, and sealer * Sanding, masking, and surface cleaning prior to painting * Identification of defects (pores, improper sanding, contaminants) Painting: * Application of basecoat and clearcoat in the paint booth * Color matching (manual or using a spectrophotometer) * Use of HVLP spray guns, enamels, polyurethanes, two-stage, three-stage, and professional automotive touch-up paints * Application of transparent coats and touch-ups Finishing: * Final quality inspection before polishing * Correction of minor defects: dust particles, runs, haze, or areas with incomplete coverage * Documentation of progress and communication with the shop foreman ⸻ Ideal Candidate Profile: * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an automotive painter * Proficiency in color matching, preparation, application, and correction * Knowledge of paint brands and processes such as Sikkens, Glasurit, Sherwin\-Williams, etc. * Ability to paint individual parts or complete vehicles * Clean, organized work habits with strong focus on quality ⸻ Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed secondary school * Verifiable experience (practical test required) * Proper use of spray guns and personal protective equipment * Punctuality, commitment, and attention to detail * Preferred (not mandatory): Familiarity with paint booths ⸻ We Offer: * Competitive and timely base salary * Bonuses for quality and on-time delivery * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation days, year-end bonus, Infonavit) * Tools, materials, and uniform * Job stability and a positive work environment * Ongoing technical training ⸻ Interested in joining our team? * Send your application or CV to: pablo.gutierrez.bobadilla@pitsmex.com.mx * Contact us via WhatsApp at: 5554725397 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
