Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring quality and food safety in the production of PET preforms and PET containers, managing teams and quality management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Lead quality management systems and good manufacturing practices. 2. Develop and manage procedures for continuous improvement. 3. Using the highest quality standards and continuously innovating our products and processes. **Job Requirements** * Experience implementing Quality Management Systems. * Demonstrated knowledge in administering Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety programs. * Management of high-performance work teams. * Development of procedures and work systems. * Experience in root cause analysis. Must reside in the Santa Catarina area or the Monterrey metropolitan zone. **Job Responsibilities** * Establish maintenance programs related to quality assurance and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for procedures within their area. * Enforce internal safety rules among staff under their supervision. * Proactively participate in food safety programs. * Serve as a member of the hygiene and safety task force and joint committee. * Address and follow up on product complaints and distribution center returns. * Manage and coordinate staff activities (attendance, vacations, procedures, process modifications, interdepartmental coordination, training). * Track nonconforming products generated on the production line. * Timely request tools and materials required to perform their duties. * Develop and administer Quality System plans (HACCP, GMPs, Biovigilance); manage and resolve nonconformities. * Manage area performance indicators and required external analyses. * Participate in corrective, preventive, and improvement action plans. * Develop and manage procedures and forms. * Manage work teams for improvements and corrective and preventive action plans. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Additional benefits and perks * Statutory benefits * Productivity bonus based on business results * Development * Continuous training Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
