Position Summary: We are seeking a quality professional with experience in management systems, good manufacturing practices, and food safety to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes in PET preform and container production. We use the highest quality standards and continuously innovate our products and processes. **Job Requirements** * Experience in implementing Quality Management Systems. * Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety program administration. * Management of high-performance work teams. * Development of procedures and work systems. * Experience in root cause analysis. Must reside in the Santa Catarina area or the Monterrey metropolitan zone. **Job Responsibilities** * Establish maintenance programs related to quality assurance and cleaning. * Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for procedures within their area. * Enforce internal safety rules among their staff. * Proactively participate in food safety programs. * Serve as a member of the hygiene and safety brigade and joint committee. * Address and follow up on product complaints and distribution center returns. * Administer and coordinate staff activities (attendance, vacations, procedures, process modifications, interdepartmental coordination, training). * Track non-conforming products generated on the production line. * Timely request tools and materials required to perform their duties. * Develop and administer Quality System plans (HACCP, GMPs, Biovigilance); manage and resolve non-conformities. * Administer area performance indicators and required external analyses. * Participate in corrective, preventive, and improvement action plans. * Develop and manage procedures and forms. * Lead work teams for improvements, corrective and preventive action plans. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Additional benefits and perks * Statutory benefits * Productivity bonus based on business results * Development * Continuous training Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
