Production Manager – Tortilla Factory

At **Cuna de Maíz**, we are seeking a responsible, organized, and committed individual to join us as **Production Manager**, tasked with ensuring daily production is completed on time, correctly, and to the high quality standards that distinguish us. The person will be responsible for maintaining adequate stock at sales points and fulfilling customer orders, following the production schedule, overseeing processes, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and ensuring proper operation of machinery and products. Key Responsibilities * Adhere to the daily production schedule. * Maintain sufficient stock at the sales point and fulfill customer orders. * Perform the nixtamalization process. * Operate and manage the tortilla-making machine. * Operate and manage the griddle. * Operate and manage the fryer. * Plan and execute production according to demand. * Clean, organize, and disinfect the work area. * Perform basic cleaning of used machinery. * Produce goods and package them in accordance with hygiene and quality standards. * Track orders and customers. * Conduct inventories to prevent stockouts. * Support scheduling and monitoring of machinery maintenance as established. Requirements * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Prior experience is not required, but experience in cooking, food production, tortilla manufacturing, or machinery operation will be valued. * Availability for operational work. * Responsible, punctual, and organized individual. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and product quality.
