Farmacias de Ahorro, the country's #1 pharmaceutical chain dedicated to providing health services to all Mexicans, is seeking: **Training Instructor** **Objective:** Coordinate and manage CEDIS staff training in accordance with the annual training plan and CEDIS training program, based on organizational processes and procedures, to ensure all personnel possess the necessary tools, knowledge, and competencies to perform their duties, as well as to ensure compliance with current legislation, thereby contributing to efficient, standardized, and productive operations while guaranteeing staff development within the CEDIS. **Requirements** Relevant bachelor’s degree Proven experience in a similar position Knowledge of training methodologies and learning processes. Training courses (ice-breaking activities, evaluations, attendance sheet completion, satisfaction surveys). **Responsibilities** \-Administer and deliver induction courses following established guidelines and ensuring all participants’ learning. \-Coordinate and monitor the operational qualification and certification of CEDIS operational positions, verifying that instructors deliver training according to the scheduled timelines and methodologies defined in the process, meeting learning objectives. \-Coordinate and monitor administrative staff training at the CEDIS, ensuring, through induction and qualification, awareness of operational functions. \-Deliver and monitor operational updates to ensure their correct application in daily operations. \-Manage and organize training-related information, documents, and personnel files, safeguarding them per established procedures. \*\*Monthly salary: $14,500 before taxes (amount distributed weekly via Banamex) — NON-NEGOTIABLE \*\*Statutory benefits from day one \*\*Food vouchers: 5% \*\*Savings fund **Location:** Itzincab neighborhood, Bodeyuc Industrial Park, Umán, Yucatán Salary: $8,282\.70 \- $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
