Position Summary:
We are seeking a quality professional with experience in management systems, good manufacturing practices, and food safety to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes in PET preform and container production.

**Job Requirements**
* Experience in implementing Quality Management Systems.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety program administration.
* Management of high-performance work teams.
* Development of procedures and work systems.
* Experience in root cause analysis.
Must reside in the Santa Catarina area or the Monterrey metropolitan zone.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Establish maintenance programs related to quality assurance and cleaning.
* Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for procedures within their area.
* Enforce internal safety rules among their staff.
* Proactively participate in food safety programs.
* Serve as a member of the hygiene and safety brigade and joint committee.
* Address and follow up on product complaints and distribution center returns.
* Administer and coordinate staff activities (attendance, vacations, procedures, process modifications, interdepartmental coordination, training).
* Track non-conforming products generated on the production line.
* Timely request tools and materials required to perform their duties.
* Develop and administer Quality System plans (HACCP, GMPs, Biovigilance); manage and resolve non-conformities.
* Administer area performance indicators and required external analyses.
* Participate in corrective, preventive, and improvement action plans.
* Develop and manage procedures and forms.
* Lead work teams for improvements, corrective and preventive action plans.
