Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventories, ensure proper material storage, and supervise activities in accordance with safety and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Raw material, finished product, and spare parts inventory control 2. Ensuring proper storage and protection of materials 3. Supervising compliance with safety objectives and procedures Vertex is a company dedicated to manufacturing pool products, accessories, chemicals, pumping equipment, water treatment systems, and plastic fittings. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. **Purpose of the Position:** To manage raw material, finished product, and spare parts inventories while maintaining appropriate storage conditions to ensure materials remain in good condition. Supervise all activities to ensure compliance with established safety and quality procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper storage and protection of raw materials and finished products to prevent damage or deterioration. * Ensure achievement of departmental performance objectives and targets, such as material receipt errors, on-time delivery of materials to production, etc. * Record material receipts and issuances in the ERP system (Oracle). * Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile them against theoretical inventories to minimize material variances, documenting findings in material balance reports. * Prepare timely and accurate finished product shipment documents to ensure proper transfer of goods to customers. * Train subordinates in their respective roles to develop the skills required for effective job performance. * Ensure achievement of key performance indicators. **Required Profile:** * Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) * Minimum 3 years of experience as coordinator, supervisor, or head of logistics or distribution center departments * Inventory control expertise * Oracle system proficiency We offer: * Work schedule: 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday * Bi-weekly pay: salary range from $20,000 to $23,000 Gross * Enhanced benefits package * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Credit union * 22-day Christmas bonus * Transportation service to García Our office is located at Adonis 1401, Industrial del Poniente Kalos, 66367 Cdad.
