We are looking for an R\+D Engineer who wants to contribute directly to strategic projects and business growth. **What we seek:** \- Completed engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related field) \- 2 years of experience in product development or engineering projects \- Knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes \- Proficiency in Core Tools; PMP certification is desirable \- Advanced conversational English (mandatory) \- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) You will be responsible for leading new product and project development—from identifying customer needs through to implementation—integrating innovative technical solutions while ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Developing new products and projects based on customer requirements.\- Reverse engineering of components and products. \- End-to-end leadership of mechanical design projects. \- Material evaluation and testing for new solutions.\- Generating quotations (Mexico and USA). \- Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments\- Monitoring projects to ensure objective achievement \- Active participation in design decisions **What we offer:** \- Competitive salary \- 100% IMSS coverage \+ statutory benefits \- Grocery vouchers and savings fund\- Transportation (San Pedro and Nicolás Romero) \- Subsidized cafeteria Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location: Mexico Nuevo, Atizapán de Zaragoza Salary: $1\.00 \- $24\.00 per month Benefits: * Subsidized cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
