Technical support. General operation of hardware and software. Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to learn quickly. Responsibilities Provide technical support assistance to users. Perform basic incident tracking and maintenance tasks. Assist with programming- and systems-related tasks. Document and track departmental activities. Work Modality Primarily remote (Home Office).
