Job Summary: Supervises the implementation of production plans, coordinates resolution of quality issues, and manages the production team to ensure achievement of objectives and standards. Description and details of responsibilities * Supervise the implementation and progress of daily production plans, coordinate resources to ensure task completion; monitor changes to PMC schedules and formulate proactive countermeasures. * Coordinate resolution of quality issues during production, analyze root causes of non-conforming production lines, and develop improvement strategies; track quality anomalies until resolved. * Verify customer inspection schedules and shipping schedules, proactively collaborate with PMC to adjust plans and ensure compliance with inspection and shipping requirements. * Monitor real-time line capacity via the MES production control dashboard, providing immediate analysis and support to underperforming lines to ensure capacity targets are met. * Verify consistency between production completion figures and warehouse receiving counts, resolving delays in goods receipt caused by production processes. * Review daily production reports, repair logs, quality anomaly forms, internal liaison letters, and other routine documentation. * Promptly process and track Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Design Change Notices (DCN), liaison letters, and related correspondence, implementing requirements and monitoring effectiveness of corrective actions. * Manage production team scheduling, attendance, training, discipline, and performance evaluation. * Maintain 7S standards, safety protocols, and workplace discipline at the production plant; organize team meetings and training sessions. Experience and Requirements * Completed Bachelor's degree. * Intermediate English proficiency. Three years of experience in the field. * Competent in production planning and scheduling, efficiency analysis, and on-site management methodologies. * Familiar with quality control processes and common quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys). * Expert in operating MES, ERP, and office software for data analysis and report generation. * Knowledgeable about product manufacturing processes and critical quality control points. \- Competent in labor scheduling, calculation of working hours, and fundamental cost control principles. \- Computer use (specialized software such as CAD/CAM), measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, coordinate measuring machines), production equipment debugging tools.
