Identifies and escalates potential risks and deviations **Your Job**Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing\-related projects, ensuring effective follow\-up of activities, alignment across functions, and timely delivery of project milestones. This role contributes to the successful implementation of projects by maintaining control of schedules, identifying risks, and supporting cross\-functional teams to achieve project objectives **Our Team** The Project Engineer supports the execution of manufacturing and strategic projects by coordinating activities and maintaining control of assigned tasks within cross\-functional initiatives, including NPI, automation, equipment, and facility\-related projects. This role contributes from the planning phase through execution and implementation, ensuring alignment and follow\-up to support a stable transition into production. Acts as a coordination point between Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, tracking progress, and identifying risks. Has the authority to manage and follow up on assigned project activities, maintain project documentation, and escalate risks or deviations related to scope, timing, and execution. Supports financial processes (DMF, GCA) and ensures adherence to company standards and SQPC (Safety, Quality, Production, and Cost) principles **What you will do** * Supports the definition of project scope, deliverables, and timelines, contributing to the development and maintenance of project plans while ensuring alignment with team objectives and priorities * Coordinates day\-to\-day project activities across Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functions, ensuring tasks are executed according to plan and progress is maintained * Works closely with NPI/Transfer, Automation, and Plant Projects teams to support initiatives related to new capabilities, equipment and tooling strategy, and facility readiness, ensuring proper follow\-up and alignment * Identifies potential risks and deviations in scope, timing, or execution, and escalates issues in a timely manner to ensure appropriate mitigation and decision\-making * Monitors project progress against timelines and milestones, ensuring accurate and timely updates, and supporting the achievement of key deliverables * Supports the preparation and tracking of financial justifications such as DMF and GCA, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with project requirement * Prepares and maintains structured project status updates, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and actions to the project team and leadership * Make and update Project plan for each project and review with team frequently, Obtain management support whenever the Project timelines are critical or the relevant department's support is not sufficient * Understand, support and contribute to current MBM Philosophy, Six Sigma, EICC, ISO, IAFT and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH\&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures **Who you are** * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field * 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management * Advanced English * Knowledge of Project Management * Knowledge in PM Methodologies and Software administration * Project Management and coordination of cross\-functional teams. * Effective communication and leadership influence across different levels of the organization. **What will put you ahead** * 6 years or more of experience in Project Management * Certification in PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing * Knowledge in process digitalization, Adm.
