We are looking for an ambitious, analytical, hands\-on problem solver with a strong passion for media, marketing and business intelligence. This role requires the ability to actively apply the agency’s proprietary ad effectiveness and measurement tools, as well as 3rd party vendor solutions, to determine the impact of advertising on the client’s business. The position also requires the ability to understand the strategic communications needs of client advertisers and align these needs to the day\-to\-day issues of data and reporting. **Responsibilities** * Measurement Planning: + Lead and participate in media briefings and define analytics learning agendas + Identify test\-and\-learn opportunities and conduct sufficiency analyses. + Support measurement frameworks, vendor studies, and performance insights. * Measurement \& Reporting Set\-Up + Establish KPIs, reporting cadence, and align on campaign goals. + Partner with Design and Activation on QBRs and campaign wraps. * Campaign Activation Support: Define analytics requirements, finalize taxonomy, and ensure data readiness. * Communication \& Planning: Participate in brainstorming sessions and meetings multiple stakeholders including but not limited to planners, creative teams, buyers, clients, partner agencies, and vendors. * Optimization Guideline Support: Provide data\-driven optimization guidelines and recommendations. * Partner Reporting Set\-up: Confirm reporting requirements in partner RFPs * Research \& Insights: Analyze surveys, support map journeys, and design custom research to guide strategy. * RFP Inputs: Summarize findings and support reviews and partner capabilities where applicable. * Scenario Models \& Forecasts: Collaborate with Data Science on channel mix and performance modelling. * Strategic Campaign \& Insights + Validate and enhance reporting tools + Provide performance alerts, insights, and optimization recommendations **Required Skills and Experience** * Problem Solving: + Ability to define analytical solutions from broad or complex business challenges. + Strong conceptual thinking and analytical solution design skills. * Organizational \& Communication: + Excellent verbal, written, and organization skills. + Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to translate complex data into clear, non\-technical insights + Skilled in managing communication across cross\-functional teams and clients. * Presentation: + Proven ability to build and deliver impactful, story\-driven presentations for senior audiences. + Comfortable leading discussions and contribution in multi\-stakeholder settings. * Analytical/Domain Expertise: + Strong foundation in statistical analysis and digital analytics. + Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and business recommendations. + Experience with Datorama, ETL processes, and site tagging. + Deep familiarity with platform analytics tools (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc). + Understanding of measurement methodologies including MMM, MTA, brand lift, attention metrics, and test \& learn frameworks. + Proficient in statistical techniques such as significance testing, correlation, regression, and hypothesis analysis testing. * Leadership \& Delivery: + Experience managing and mentoring junior team members. + Proven ability to manage vendor timelines and ensure timely project delivery. + Develop client\-ready thought leadership POVs on measurement and optimization topics. **Desired Skills and Experience** * Experience with data management, statistical, and optimization languages (SAS, R, SQL, GAMS). * Proficiency in Pytthon, SQL Server, and Tableau for data investigation and QA. * Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau. * Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment and quickly learn new tools and concepts. * Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills * Effective communicator and client\-facing presenter. * Highly motivated team player with 5\+ years of experience in analytics and media. *This role is hybrid, requiring three (3\) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2\) days may be worked remotely. Specific in\-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
