Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

**Summary** The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and optimal performance of mechanical equipment and systems within an automotive manufacturing environment. This role supports preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and improve operational performance. **Key Responsibilities** \- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment. \- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures in production machinery and plant systems. \- Support corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime. \- Analyze equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities. \- Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments. \- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. \- Ensure proper operation of: Conveyors Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Pumps, compressors, and motors Press machines Industrial robots and automated equipment \- Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs. \- Manage spare parts inventory and recommend critical spare requirements. \- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and machinery. \- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and environmental standards. \- Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation, and equipment records. \- \- Participate in continuous improvement, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. \- Coordinate external contractors and maintenance service providers when required. \- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians. **Education / Qualifications** \- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, \- Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. \- Experience3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within automotive or manufacturing industry. \- Advanced english **What We Offer** In addition to future prospects within our growing global family-owned company, Mubea offers opportunities for continuous development, actively supporting your ideas and goals.
