Process Development and Optimization:** * Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve production goals, improve quality, and reduce costs. * Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and practices to enhance efficiency \& productivity. * Design and layout manufacturing workstations, equipment, and processes to ensure optimal workflow. **2\.** **Equipment and Tooling Management:** * Specify and procure manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures. * Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment. * Work with suppliers to ensure equipment and tooling meet specifications and standards. **3\.** **Production Support:** * Provide technical support to the production team to resolve manufacturing issues. * Conduct root cause analysis of production problems and implement corrective actions. **4\.** **Continuous Improvement:** * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. * Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement. **5\. Project Management:** * Manage manufacturing projects from concept through implementation. * Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. **6\. Health and Safety:** * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing environment. * Implement safety improvements to reduce risks and prevent accidents. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience (5\+ years) in manufacturing, preferably a tier 1 Automotive Supplier. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as assembly, molding, and automation. * Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). * Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software. * **Proficiency in Spanish and English languages (written and verbal)**
