




Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing and controlling supplies, materials, and assets for the Human Resources department, including hiring and onboarding. Key Highlights: 1. Organizational, planning, and urgency skills Main Responsibilities (Human Resources): Supply Control for Hiring: Manage inventory levels of stationery, psychometric tests, and legal forms used in the selection process. Onboarding Kit Management: Organize and control inventory of welcome packages (uniforms, identification badges, computing equipment) to ensure each new employee receives them on their first day. Human Capital Asset Inventory: Conduct counts and assign assets allocated to newly hired staff, maintaining up-to-date custody records. Promotional Material Logistics: Monitor inventory of promotional materials (brochures, banners, recruiter uniforms) used at job fairs and field recruitment activities. Replenishment Reporting: Generate weekly reports on supply consumption to prevent shortages that could delay hiring sessions. Requirements: Education: Completed technical high school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. Organization: Ability to systematically maintain order among diverse materials. Location: Residence in CDMX (Benito Juárez neighborhood) or nearby areas (mandatory for on-site office management). Technical Skills and Knowledge: Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency (entries, exits, and stock levels) and digital folder management for custody tracking. Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management principles (FIFO/LIFO applied to supplies) and basic personal data protection regulations. Competencies: Proven honesty, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and planning ability.
