Dynamic environment and continuous learning ### **Job Title** Implementation Consultant ### **Job Description** **EMR Implementation Consultant – Mexico** **Job Summary** As part of the implementation team, you will be responsible for executing and supporting software implementation projects in hospitals, directly contributing to the digital transformation of the healthcare sector. Your role will be critical in ensuring that customer processes are correctly understood, configured, and adopted, delivering real value to clinical and administrative operations. You will work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and customer users, actively participating in all project phases—from analysis through stabilization. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in gathering and analyzing customer business processes (as\-is / to\-be). * Configure the system according to defined functional requirements. * Execute functional and integrated testing jointly with the customer. * Train users on system usage. * Support Go Live and stabilization activities, providing functional support. * Identify and escalate risks, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager. * Document configurations, processes, and project deliverables. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and implementation methodologies. **Required Qualifications (Mandatory)** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Nursing, or other health-related disciplines. * Experience in software implementation or similar roles. * Knowledge of business processes, preferably within the healthcare sector. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments. * Ability to follow defined methodologies and guidelines. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Proficiency with digital tools and information systems. * Willingness to travel (50% or more of the time). **Additional Experience and Capabilities (Desirable)** * Greater experience in software implementation with autonomy in execution. * Experience in functional configuration and requirements management. * Experience in healthcare sector projects (HIS / EMR / Tasy). * Familiarity with implementation and/or project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or others). * Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with diverse stakeholders. * Experience leading functional workstreams or mentoring other consultants. * Intermediate English proficiency **What We’re Looking For** We seek results-oriented professionals with strong analytical capabilities and a customer-centric mindset.
