Experience managing operational, administrative, or high-volume vacancies (preferred). Use of job boards (Indeed, Computrabajo, social media, etc.). \-Technical Knowledge: Initial and competency-based interviews. Recruitment and selection techniques. Personnel file compilation. Basic application and interpretation of psychometric tests.
