Automotive Electronics Industry Company A leading company in the Automotive Electronics Industry is seeking: **CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER** **Knowledge/Skills:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. (Diploma or proof of graduation is mandatory.) * Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing sector * Experience * Knowledge of relevant standards such as IATF 16949 and VDA * Intermediate level of English (Conversational proficiency is mandatory) **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure quality of parts shipped to customers and validate introduction of new products. * Manage customer issue feedback and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve problems. * Maintain continuous quality improvement across all processes, including validation and effectiveness of corrective actions. * Ensure products meet customer expectations and requirements. * Failure analysis and tracking of customer complaints * Coordinate VDA readiness audits and follow-up on open findings. **Statutory and Additional Benefits:** * Competitive weekly salary * Savings Fund: 5% * SGMM * Corporate transportation or gasoline vouchers * Grocery vouchers: 7% * Subsidized cafeteria * Professional training and development opportunities. * Life insurance * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
