Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage import purchases, ensuring delivery and regulatory compliance in the IP security technology sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for managing import purchases with foreign manufacturers. 2. Ensuring delivery of goods to the final destination. 3. Preparing and maintaining import documentation. You will be responsible for managing import purchases with foreign manufacturers, ensuring delivery to the final destination, as well as preparing and maintaining import documentation, handling trade- and shipment-related paperwork, creating and obtaining approval for purchase orders, documenting cost and invoice data, and managing warehouse inventory levels. You will track deliveries and control goods, ensuring strict adherence to all governmental and organizational policies. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field (degree required). Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within supply chain, logistics, or import operations. Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledge: Experience working with freight forwarders. Basic knowledge of tariff classification. Import tracking. Documentation tracking and control operations. Basic handling of certificates of origin. Reporting and tracking of damaged, excess, and/or missing goods at origin. Preparation of documents required for import procedures. Knowledge of and compliance with NOMs applicable to telecommunications product imports (desirable). Preparation and follow-up of technical evaluation procedures. Safeguarding and management of import permits. Review of tax calculations. Customs follow-up until shipment release.
