Position Summary: We are seeking an Asset Analyst to control, manage, and optimize assets through inventory management and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in asset management 2. Supervise and manage inventories nationwide 3. Generate reports and key performance indicators for decision-making At Microformas, a Mexican company with 50 years of experience in technology services, we are looking for an Asset Analyst. Position Objective: - Ensure control, management, and optimization of assets through proper inventory management, equipment tracking, and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities: - Lead the contribution, implementation, and management of continuous improvement initiatives in the Asset area. - Supervise and manage inventories across all nodes nationwide. - Conduct searches and track missing equipment. - Maintain up-to-date inventory statuses in the client's tool. - Provide training to technicians on Asset-related topics, as required. - Provide nationwide support on asset management topics. - Generate reports and key performance indicators for decision-making. Requirements: -High school diploma -Experience in inventory control or asset management. -Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills -Knowledge of technical support -Analytical ability and results orientation. -Organizational skills and attention to detail. -Communication and training capabilities. -Proficiency with reporting and tracking tools.
