At Stefanini, we are looking for an Advanced Java Developer with experience in microservice development. We seek a candidate with 4–6 years of professional experience in this role or similar positions, who continues refining their knowledge and learning the specific nuances of the role. This profile must be technically self-sufficient—capable of developing complex features and executing larger-scale projects—though they may still require support when making key decisions or facing new situations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain applications using Java 17 or later and Spring Boot. * Implement and manage microservices using tools such as Eureka and Config Server. * Deploy and manage applications in OpenShift/Kubernetes environments. * Apply resilience patterns such as Circuit Breaker and Bulkhead to ensure service stability. * Perform unit testing using Mockito and other tools. * Collaborate with the team to resolve technical questions and share knowledge. * Optimize time and maintain productivity, taking on new assignments whenever possible. * Consult and seek guidance from supervisors for key decision-making and continuous learning improvement. * Contribute to the team’s professional development and share expertise. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * 4–6 years of experience in Java development or similar roles. * Proficiency in Java 17 or later and Spring Boot. * Experience developing and managing microservices using Eureka and Config Server. * Experience deploying and managing applications in OpenShift/Kubernetes. * Implementation experience with resilience patterns such as Circuit Breaker and Bulkhead. * Knowledge of unit testing and use of Mockito. * Ability to work autonomously and execute complex projects. * Willingness to learn, consult, and collaborate with supervisors and peers. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Desirable:** * Certifications in related technologies. * Experience in agile environments. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent work environment.
