SERVICE TECHNICIAN Functions and Responsibilities: • Maintain a healthy inventory in the store warehouse to contribute to proper operational functionality and support organizational objectives. • Manage and channel equipment according to the organization’s diagnosis and process guidelines. • Inventory management of equipment and accessories in the warehouse • SIM card replacement • Ship equipment to brands • Diagnose equipment and send to warranty (if manufacturing defect applies; not applicable for misuse) • Software loading Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or incomplete engineering degree Competencies • Control • Organization • Customer service • Problem solving Knowledge: • 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, and administrative support • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
