Work Location: Calzada Taxqueña We Offer: * Monthly salary of $9,500 (MXN) * Statutory benefits * Indefinite-term contract * Continuous training. **Requirements:** * **Installation, configuration, and use of computers.** * **Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, IP cameras, DVR cameras, networks, Wi-Fi, modems, routers.** * **Knowledge of OFFICE, GOOGLE.** * **Ability to interact effectively with diverse types of users.** * **Knowledge of systems (ASPEL, CONTPAQ, MYBUSSINESS, DATABASES)** * **Education: High school diploma or Technical degree.** **Responsibilities:** * **Intermediate preventive and corrective hardware maintenance (computers, printers, peripherals, DVR/IP cameras)** * **Installation and use of office software and operating systems (Office, Google, Windows, Apple, servers)** * **Cabling maintenance for voice, data, and video networks.** * **Administrative tasks (inventories, forms).** * **Data backup.** * **Camera monitoring.** * **User support.** IMPORTANT NOTICE: At Grupo Editorial San Pablo, we promote inclusion in our talent acquisition processes.
