




Job Summary: Supervise overdue accounts and coordinate the recovery team to ensure customer recovery and achievement of the monthly budget, while keeping staff up to date. Providing continuous training to supervised staff MEGA is a Mexican company offering cable TV, internet, landline, and mobile phone services JOIN US AS A RECOVERY TEAM SUPERVISOR Mission Supervise overdue accounts and coordinate the recovery team to ensure customer recovery through comprehensive on-site visits, with the goal of achieving the monthly budget. - Review the daily cut-off calendar to identify which subscriber types should be loaded into Dimmes to ensure timely service delivery. - Review rejected folios to reassign corresponding cases to recovery agents and recover them. - Assign work via the recovery agent assignment platform and verify that assignments have been correctly loaded. - Provide feedback to your team to validate and follow up on corrective actions aimed at achieving objectives, thereby facilitating agreements and commitments. - Receive, download, and deliver equipment to the warehouse using the control module to ensure proper equipment administration. - Conduct training sessions for supervised staff to keep them updated on current promotions or any changes that arise.
