Job Summary: Coordination and supervision of construction and technical installations, budget management, supplier coordination, and after-sales support—ensuring project quality and efficiency. Education • Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. Experience • Minimum 2 years coordinating and supervising construction and technical installation projects. • Experience making decisions. • Experience managing suppliers, budgets, after-sales services, and warranties. • Remote coordination experience across multiple sites is desirable. Technical Knowledge • Light civil construction and structures. • Electrical installations. • Structured cabling and voice/data networks. • Budgeting, comparative analysis, and cost control. • Supervision of construction and installations. • Digital tracking tools. Core Competencies • Technical autonomy and independent judgment. • Planning and organization. • Ability to structure processes. • Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders. • Results-oriented mindset and control focus. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Conduct technical surveys, diagnostics, measurements, sketches, and photographic evidence. • Define technical scopes for new construction, modifications, installations, and major maintenance. • Identify electrical and voice/data conduit routes (PVC, galvanized, channeled, junction boxes, polyduct). • Coordinate technical validations of structured cabling, electrical networks, and equipment compatibility. **Coordination of New Construction and External Projects** • Coordinate civil, electrical, and technical installation works related to openings, expansions, or external projects. • Manage quotations (minimum 3 when applicable) and prepare technical–economic comparisons. • Issue technical recommendations for authorization. • Develop and monitor schedules and critical milestones. • Supervise progress remotely and on-site for major construction works. • Validate compliance with specifications, quality standards, and deliverables. • Compile complete project documentation for handover to Operations. **Coordination of Technical Installations** • Coordinate electrical installations for equipment power supply. • Supervise structured cabling and voice/data networks. • Validate proper execution of conduits, junction boxes, labeling, and basic testing. • Coordinate technical corrections arising from deficient installations. **Coordination of Maintenance for Operational Units** • Remotely coordinate infrastructure maintenance for approximately 60 business units. • Prioritize interventions and validate technical solutions. • Escalate only critical incidents or major works requiring on-site supervision. **Document Control and Technical Administration** • Compile complete documentation files per construction project, installation, and major maintenance activity. • Maintain updated dashboards and reports on progress, costs, and risks. • Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing, and payment scheduling with Treasury. **Area Development and Structuring** • Propose and document processes, templates, and technical standards. • Standardize criteria for construction and installation execution. • Establish operational foundations for the future departmental management.
