STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER Roles and Responsibilities: • Support achievement of sales targets and customer experience by executing Our Promise • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations: scheduling, maintaining point-of-sale appearance, stationery, consumables, inventory management, store opening and closing • Ensure all staff fully understand and master commercial offers, promotions, systems, and policies; provide training as needed to align the entire team with current information • Contribute to achieving established quotas through monitoring and coaching sales executives Requirements • Bachelor’s degree candidate or graduate Competencies • Leadership • Results orientation • Customer focus • Communication • Negotiation • Analytical thinking Knowledge: • 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, and administrative support • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
